LONG DURATION takes place on an island. No cars, no shops, no artificial noise, no visual clutter. It is our most intensive and immersive program for reimagining time, space, body, and environment. The seascape, northern lights, and November chill invite new focus, creativity, and deeper praxis in unmuting the body and all senses. During LONG DURATION, we work with and beyond touch, taste, sight, sound, and smell to delve further into thermoception, equilibrioception, time perception, and relationality. We approach sustainability and creative community as practices, and invite durational practitioners working in environmental and embodied arts to lose time with us.

LONG DURATION takes place annually during November 2025 and is currently invitation-based.

We plan our site18-24 months in advance and we welcome inquiries from artists whose work we may not be familiar with as well as spaces who want to collaborate. Please introduce yourself.
